Custer County DYO is a local non-profit organization in Broken Bow, NE, that provides Custer County Youth with the opportunity to participate in summer league baseball and softball programs.
This age group of boys plays in the South Central Nebraska League. Depending on the number of teams in the league these boys will play 8 - 12 games during the season. Half of the games will be played somewhere other than Broken Bow.
Home Games will be played at the Melham Baseball/Softball Complex.

In addition to the championship tournament there is an All Star game that at least two players from the Broken Bow Team(s) will be picked to represent our teams.
There will be quite a few changes with this age group this year. The teams in this age group will play in Custer County only but they will be playing by USA Softball 10U Fastpitch rules. The goal is to introduce these young ladies to the fundamentals of fastpitch softball and prepare them for Spirit Softball.
These girls will play their home games primarily at Tyke Arnold Field in Broken Bow. There will be travel involved both during the week and on some weekends.
As long as we have enough girls to make up a team to play at the State USA Softball Tournament. We will send at least one team to Hastings in July to compete in either the Class C or D state tournament.
